Persiko- och hallonfrappé
This
delicious, cooling frappé is sweet from ripe peaches and juicy raspberries.
4 glasses
2 skinned
peaches
1/3
cup fresh or frozen raspberries+ some extra for decoration
1 cup milk
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Put
peaches and raspberries in a mixer or food processor and add milk, orange juice
and ice cream. Process until smooth. Pour the frappe in the chilled glasses.
Serve each glass decorated with raspberries and a slice or wedge of peach.
Serve immediately, these drinks are best as cold as ever possible.
You can
use canned peaches instead of fresh. Make sure you drain them well before
serving. You can also use nectarines.
Enjoy!
