Tropical milkshake - Tropisk milkshake

TROPICAL MILKSHAKE
Tropisk milkshake

These lovely, creamy milkshakes are filled with fruit and ice cream. Can you resist them?

4 glasses

1 ripe mango
2 bananas
4 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
2 passionfruits

Dress a tray with baking paper.

Split the mango and scoop out the pulp. Try to cut off as much of the pulp as possible. Peel the bananas. Put mango and bananas on the tray and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes, but do not freeze it.

Put ice cream and milk in a food processor or mixer and process until smooth. Add mango and banana and mix well. Scoop out the passionfruits and put the pulp in the mixer. Quickly mix until everything is well blended. Pour the milkshake into 4 chilled glasses, add straws and serve immediately.

It’s important that the mangoes are ripe for this recipe.
