2/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 large bananas
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 ¾ cups flour
5 tablespoons wheat germs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Stir fat, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Blend in the egg. Mash the bananas and mix them with peanut butter in another bowl. Mix flour, wheat germs, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a third bowl. Stir the banana mixture and the flour into the batter, little by little.

combo is almost to die for.

Pour the batter into a small greased
roasting pan, approx 10 x 14 inches. Sprinkle with peanuts and bake in the
middle of the oven at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Allow to cool,
then cut in squares.
