QUICK BELL PEPPER BEEF
Snabb pepparbiff med paprika
2 green bell peppers
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Maizena
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tomatoes, cut in wedges
11 oz warm, boiled rice
Heat up the oil in a large frying pan on medium heat, put in the meat and fry for 4 minutes. Turn occasionally until the meat is done, then transfer to a plate – but save the juices in the pan.

for the whole family.

tablespoon sunflower oil
15 oz
shredded, tender beef2 green bell peppers

Heat up the oil in a large frying pan on medium heat, put in the meat and fry for 4 minutes. Turn occasionally until the meat is done, then transfer to a plate – but save the juices in the pan.
Trim the bell peppers and dice them roughly. Put them in the frying pan and sizzle
while stirring for about 2 minutes until slightly softened. Stir 1 cup water,
Worcestershire sauce, Maizena and sugar in a bowl and pour this over the bell peppers in the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer while stirring for about 1
minute until the sauce has thickened. Put the meat in the sauce and add the
tomatoes. Let simmer until all is heated through, then serve with boiled rice.
