Salami olive sandwich - Salamismörgås med olivsallad

SALAMI OLIVE SANDWICH
Salamismörgås med olivsallad


Generous sandwiches with lots of goodies and juicy olive salad. Wrap them up in aluminum foil if you want to bring them to work or on the picknick.


4 sandwiches


1/3 cup green olives
1/3 cup black olives
½ can artichoke hearts, 14 oz
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 crushed garlic clove
1 teaspoon dried basil
salt
coarsely ground black pepper
1/3 up olive oil or other cooking oil
4 bread rolls
3½ oz sliced cheese, strong and ripe
3½ oz sliced ham
3½ oz sliced salami

Chop the olives and cut the artichokes in pieces. Put it in a bowl. Mix vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Add oil and pour the marinade over the vegetables. Leave them in room temperature for about 30 minutes.


Split the rolls. Put sliced cheese, ham and salami on the bottom half. Top with olive salad and put on the upper halves. Serve the sandwiches.
