LEMON-FILLED CHOCOLATE PASTRIES

0.8 cup flour
some baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
2.6 oz butter or margarine
1 egg yolk
Filling:
5.3 oz almond paste
1.7 oz butter or margarine
1 egg
1 egg white
grated zest and juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon flour
some baking powder
Decoration:
0.4 cup lemon or orange marmalade
Chop together flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa and butter, preferably in a food processor. Add the egg yolk. Flatten out the dough in small aluminum baking tins. Mix almond paste and butter and add egg, egg white, lemon zest and juice. Stir in flour and baking powder and fill this into the tins. Place on a baking plate and bake at 392F for about 12 minutes.
Allow to cool completely, spread the marmalade on top and serve.
