WHITE CHOCOLATE SQUARES

7 oz white chocolate
7 oz butter
4 eggs
0.8 cup sugar
1.4 cup flour
2½ oz roughly chopped
white chocolate
Decoration:
whipped cream
dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 347F.
Chop the chocolate and melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate until melted. Beat eggs and sugar together without it getting fluffy. Blend in flour and the butter-chocolate mixture. Turn in the chopped white chocolate. Pour the batter in a paper-lined roasting pan, 8 x 12 inches, and bake in the lower part of the oven for 20 minutes and allow to cool completely.
Cut the cold cake into squares and decorate with whipped cream. Melt the dark chocolate and pipe out crowns on a baking paper. Let them set and decorate the squares.
