Sticky Milk Chocolate Cake with Coffee - Kladdig mjölkchokladkaka med kaffe

STICKY MILK CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH COFFEE
Kladdig mjölkchokladkaka med kaffe

1 cake, 8 to 10 pieces

7 oz butter
7 oz milk chocolate
0.8 cup cane sugar
0.2 cup strong coffee
1 teaspoon powdered espresso
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
some salt
3 eggs
1.2 cup flour

For serving:
cocoa
whipped cream
fresh berries


Preheat oven to 392F.

Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Chop the chocolate and add it to the butter. Remove from heat and stir until the chocolate has melted. Beat in sugar, coffee, espresso powder, vanilla sugar and salt. Beat in the eggs, one by one. Sift in the flour and beat until smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased, floured springform pan, diameter approx 9 inches. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool. Sift with powdered sugar before serving with a dab of whipped cream and fresh berries.
