APPLE CAPPUCCINO
Äppelcappuccino
4 cups
2 apples, finely diced
2.4 cups water
0.4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons potato starch
0.6 cup regular milk
cinnamon
Boil diced apples, water and sugar until the taste of the fruit is clear and distinct, but not long enough for the apples to get mushy. Stir the potato starch in some cold water and beat this into the apple soup. Remove from heat. Heat the milk while at the same time beating it until frothy.
Pour into cups and spoon over the milk. Decorate with cinnamon and serve right away.
