QUICK AND EASY BLUEBERRY CAKE
Snabb blåbärskaka
Serves 4
1 egg
0.6 cup sugar
0.4 cup melted butter or margarine
0.2 cup water
0.6 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1.6 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 392F. Grease and flour a round baking pan or a small cast-iron frying pan.
Stir egg and sugar until fluffy. Work in the melted, cool fat mixed with water. Blend in flour and vanilla sugar. Pour the batter in the pan and bake in the middle of the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn up the cake, put on the blueberries and sift with powdered sugar. Serve immediately with whipped cream, vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.
