COFFEE CAKE WITH NUTS

1 cake
2.6 oz butter
0.6 cup hazelnuts
2 eggs
0.8 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup flour
0.4 cup regular milk
Decoration:
whipped cream
raspberries
hazelnuts
Preheat oven to 347F.
Melt the butter and allow to cool. Grind the nuts and beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Mix vanilla sugar, baking powder, flour and nuts and stir it into the batter. Pour in a greased, floured cake pan, capacity 6 cups. Stir in the milk. Bake in the lower part of the oven for 40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool and decorate with cream, raspberries and nuts.
