EASY-MADE CHICKEN STEW WITH MUSHROOMS

Serves 4
1.1 lb chicken breast fillets
1 tablespoon Chinese soy sauce
1 onion
7 oz mushrooms (champignons)
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
some white pepper
0.8 cup water
2 tablespoons concentrated
veal fond
0.8 cup cream
2 tablespoons flour
Shred the chicken and mix with soy sauce. Peel and chop the onion and trim the mushrooms. Fry chicken, onion and mushrooms in turns in butter. Flavor with salt and pepper and transfer to a pot. Pour in water and fond and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes. Add cream mixed with flour and stir it in. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice, tomatoes and a salad.
