FAVORITE FILLET OF PORK STEW

Serves approx 4

1.1 lb fillet of pork
salt, pepper
1 onion
3½ oz smoked ham
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon tomato paste
0.8 cup bouillon
0.8 cup creme fraiche

Decoration:
rosé pepper
green herbs


Shred the meat, peel and chop the onion and dice the ham. Brown the meat in some fat and flavor with salt and pepper. Add onion and ham and brown with the meat for a few minutes. Sprinkle with flour and stir. Dilute with bouillon and tomato paste and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add creme fraiche and bring it all to a boil. Flavor to taste. Sprinkle with rosé pepper.

Serve with pasta or rice and a tomato salad.
