GROUND MEAT MIX WITH MUSTARD AND CABBAGE
Köttfärsröra med senap och vitkål
Serves 2
7 oz ground meat
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
7 oz shredded cabbage
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery stem, sliced
0.2 cup water
0.4 cup low-fat creme fraiche
2 teaspoons Maizena
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
some ground cardamom
salt, black pepper
chopped parsley
For serving:
boiled rice
Brown ground meat and onion in some butter in a frying pan. Add cabbage, carrot, celery, water and creme fraiche and blend well. Cover with a lid and simmer until cabbage and carrot are tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in Maizena, mustard, soy sauce and cardamom. Flavor with salt and pepper. Boil for 3 minutes while stirring. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with boiled rice.
