GROUND MEAT PATTIES WITH LEEK AND PASTA
Färsbiffar med purjolök och pasta
Serves 4
14 oz ground meat (beef + pork)
4 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs
0.4 cup regular milk
1 small onion
salt, pepper
2 tablespoons liquid margarine
2 leeks
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and leave to swell for about 5 minutes. Grate the onion and mix this in, together with ground meat and spices. Shape to patties and fry in liquid margarine.
Roughly slice the leek and boil or sauté quickly. Divide the leek on serving plates, sprinkle with parsley and top with the patties. Serve with boiled pasta.
