PLUM PIE WITH FLAKED ALMONDS
Plommonpaj med mandelspån

1 pie

Crumble:
0.8 cup flour
0.4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3½ oz butter

Filling:
12 plums
0.2 cup sugar
0.4 cup flaked almonds

For serving:
vanilla sauce or ice cream


Split the plums and remove the stones. Cut the fruit in pieces and mix with the sugar. Place them in a large pan or 4 serving bowls, oven-proof. 

Mix flour, almond flour, sugar and butter to a crumble dough. Divide it over the plums and sprinkle with flaked Almonds. Bake at 392F, about 20 minutes for a large pie, 15 minutes for smaller pies.

Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
