WHITE STICKY CAKE WITH FRESH RASPBERRIES
Vit kladdkaka med färska hallon
1 cake, 8 pieces
5.3 oz butter
5.3 oz white chocolate
2 eggs
0.9 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
5.3 oz raspberries
For serving:
whipped cream
Preheat oven to 347F.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add the chocolate in pieces. Let it melt while stirring. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Blend in the butter chocolate mixture, flour and vanilla sugar.
Line a springform pan, diameter approx 9 inches, with baking paper. Grease the pan and pour in the batter. Sprinkle with raspberries and bake in the lower part of the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool, sift with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.
