CINNAMON ALMOND CAKE

1 cake
1.7 oz butter
0.4 cup ground almonds
2 eggs
0.4 cup sugar
0.4 cup brown sugar
0.4 cup flour
0.8 cup almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For serving:
heavy cream
frozen lingonberries
Melt the butter over low heat and cool slightly. Beat eggs, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add butter and ground almonds and blend well. Mix flour, almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl and stir it into the egg batter.
Grease and flour two small round baking pans with a hole in the middle, or one normal-sized, capacity 6 cups. Pour the batter in the pans or pan.
Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 30 minutes for the small cakes and 35 to 40 minutes for a large cake. Allow to cool. Serve with a dab of lightly whipped cream and some lingonberries on top.
