Easy-Made Raspberry Cake - Snabba hallonkakan

EASY-MADE RASPBERRY CAKE
Snabba hallonkakan

1 cake

2 eggs
0.8 cup sugar
0.8 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3½ oz melted butter
8.8 oz raspberries

Decoration:
powdered sugar
fresh raspberries


Preheat oven to 347F. Grease and flour a springform pan, diameter approx 9 inches.

Stir eggs, sugar and flour mixed with baking powder to a batter. Add the melted fat. Do NOT beat! Spread it out in the pan and divide the raspberries over the surface. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 30 minutes.

Take out the cake and allow to cool on a rack. Decorate with powdered sugar and fresh raspberries.
