FALU SAUSAGE AU GRATIN WITH
HORSERADISH CREAM

Serves 4
1.1 lb Falu sausage or suitable
equivalent
1 small leek
7 oz cherry tomatoes
0.4 cup chopped dill
1.2 cup heavy cream
0.2 cup fresh grated horseradish
For serving:
potatoes
green peas
Slice the sausage and place them in an oven-proof pan. Rinse and shred the leek and split the tomatoes. Divide leek, tomatoes and dill over the sausage. Mix cream and horseradish and pour it over the vegetables and cook in the middle of the oven at 437F for about 20 minutes.
Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes and green peas.
