Ice Cream, Berries and White Chocolate Caramel Sauce - Glass, bär och vit chokladkolasås

ICE CREAM, BERRIES AND WHITE
CHOCOLATE CARAMEL SAUCE
Glass, bär och vit chokladkolasås

Serves 6

1 lb 10 oz vanilla ice cream
4 cups berries, e.g. raspberries,
blueberries, strawberries, cherries

Chocolate caramel sauce:
0.8 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
0.4 cup white molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
3½ oz white chocolate


Sauce:
Bring cream, sugar and molasses and boil to a fudge/caramel sauce, approx 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and stir in vanilla sugar and chocolate in pieces. Stir until the chocolate has melted.

Spoon up the ice cream and berries and pour on some sauce. Serve the rest separately.
