ORANGES WITH FLUFFY SAUCE
Apelsiner med skummig sås
Serves approx 4
3 oranges, peeled
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 egg whites
Decoration:
lemon balm
Cut the oranges in smaller pieces and divide the fruit into 4 serving bowls. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir it into the egg yolk batter.
Pour the fluffy sauce over the oranges. Decorate with some lemon balm and serve right away.
