PLAICE ROULADES WITH ASPARAGUS AND CHEESE

Serves 2
3½ plaice fillets
salt
5.3 oz green asparagus
grated cheese, desired amount
0.8 cup ready-made cheese sauce
For serving:
boiled rice
Preheat oven to 392F.
Place the fish on a carving board and sprinkle with salt. Leave it while you prepare the asparagus.
Break off and discard the rough bottom part of each stem. Boil the rest in lightly salted water for 2 minutes.
Rinse the fish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place asparagus on each and roll up. Place the roulades in an oven-proof dish and pour the ready-made cheese sauce over them. Cover with aluminum foil and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice.
