STRAWBERRIES WITH MINT AND LIME SAUCE

Jordgubbar med mynta och limesås

Serves 4

4 cups strawberries

0.8 cup sugar

0.4 cup fresh mint leaves

Lime sauce:

0.8 cup Turkish or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon runny honey

grated zest from 1 lime

Mix sugar and mint to a fluffy sugar. Mix yogurt, lime zest and honey for the sauce. Trim the berries, sprinkle with the mint sugar and serve with the lime sauce.
