PORK CHOPS IN SUNNY SAUCE

Serves 4
4 pork chops, in all approx 1 lb 5 oz
salt, pepper
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon curry
0.8 cup meat bouillon (from cube)
0.8 cup heavy cream
Peel and finely chop the onion. Trim and dice the bell pepper. Make some cuts in the rind of the chops. Brown some fat in a frying pan and fry the pork chops for about 3 minutes on each side. Take them up and flavor with salt and pepper.
Heat up some fat with the curry and add onion and bell pepper. Sauté for a few minutes. Add bouillon and cream, stir and boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Flavor to taste. Put the pork chops in the sauce and heat through.
