30 cookies
4.4 oz butter
0.4 cup sugar
1 egg
1.4 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Filling:
0.3 cup strawberry jam
Icing:
0.6 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 347F.
Beat room-tempered butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Add the egg. Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and stir this into the batter. Work to a dough on a floured work surface. Divide the dough in 3 and roll out to sausages, as long as the baking plate. Line the plate with baking paper and put the dough rolls on it. Make a hollow in each roll and fill with strawberry jam. It's easier if you pipe it.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on the baking plate.
Mix powdered sugar and water for the icing and drizzle over the dough rolls. Cut in diagonal, approx 3/4 inch pieces. Put on a rack when the icing has set.
