YOGURT PARFAIT WITH CINNAMON AND CARDAMOM
Yoghurtparfait med kanel och kardemumma
Serves 4
2 gelatin sheets
or 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
2 eggs, separated
0.2 cup sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon crushed cardamom seeds
0.8 cup cooking yogurt
Decoration:
shredded apple
crushed cardamom seeds
Soak the gelatin in cold water or do as you normally do with the powder. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add Spices. Beat the egg whites firm and foamy and dissolve the gelatin sheets over low heat in their own moisture.
Stir in the gelatin, yogurt and egg whites and divide the batter in serving glasses.
Leave the ice cream in the fridge for an hour or more and decorate before serving.
