Shrimp Stew with a Tang - Räkgryta med sting

SHRIMP STEW WITH A TANG
Räkgryta med sting

Serves approx 1

8.8 oz un-peeled shrimp
1 small onion
1 teaspoon oil
0.6 cup crushed tomatoes
½ garlic clove
½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ tablespoon cayenne


Peel the shrimp and finely chop onion and garlic. Sauté the onion for a while in some oil. Pour on the crushed tomatoes, flavor to taste with lemon and cayenne. Add the shrimp and heat through but do not boil. 

Serve with boiled rice and a salad.
