STRAWBERRY COCONUT DESSERT
Jordgubbsdessert med kokos
Serves 4
0.6 cup cream, 27% fat
0.4 cup flaked coconut
4.4 oz strawberries, fresh
or frozen, thawed
1 tablespoon sugar
Decoration:
strawberries
Beat the cream until lightly whipped but not stiff. You can of course use heavy cream if you like. Add flaked coconuts and strawberries, cut in pieces. Add some sugar if you think it's needed.
Spoon into serving glasses and decorate before putting in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
