BLUEBERRY RASPBERRY PIE
Blåbärspaj med hallon
Serves 6
8.8 oz blueberries
8.8 oz raspberries
2 tablespoons potato starch
0.3 cup sugar
Pie dough:
0.6 cup flour
1.2 cup oats
0.6 cup sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
5.3 oz butter
0.2 cup white molasses
2 tablespoons regular milk
2 tablespoons flaked almonds
For serving:
vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 392F.
Mix the berries with potato starch and sugar and place them in a pie pan.
Mix flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Melt the butter and add together with molasses and milk. Stir to a batter. Drop it out over the berries and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake for about 30 minutes until the pie is nicely colored.
Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
