CHOCOLATE ORANGE SEMIFREDDO
Semifreddo med choklad och apelsin
Serves 6
3½ oz dark chocolate
4 eggs
0.4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
grated zest from 1 orange
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
0.8 cup heavy cream
0.8 cup Turkish or Greek yogurt
7 oz room-tempered Nutella

Break the chocolate in pieces and melt over a waterbath. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar and vanilla sugar to a fluffy batter. Stir in orange zest and juice.
Stir the chocolate into the egg mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add remaining sugar and beat to a meringue. Beat the cream and mix with yogurt. Stir the yogurt cream into the egg batter and last gently stir in the egg whites. Alternate the ice cream batter with Nutella in a freezer-proof container and freeze for 4 hours. It should be half frozen.
Decorate and serve.
