COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE WITH APRICOTS
Kesokaka med aprikoser

Serves 6

0.2 cup flour
0.6 cup cream, approx 12% fat
0.6 cup regular milk
0.2 cup sugar
3 eggs
0.2 cup almonds
1.1 lb cottage cheese
1 can apricot halves, 8.8 oz
excluding the liquid

For serving:
whipped cream


Preheat oven to 347F.

Beat together flour and cream in a bowl. Add milk, sugar and eggs and beat to a smooth batter. Chop the almonds and stir it in together with cottage cheese. Pour the batter in a greased pan, distribute drained apricot halves over the surface and bake for 1 hour.

Serve with whipped cream.
