Tosca Pears - Toscapäron

TOSCA PEARS
Toscapäron

Serves 4

8 canned pear halves

Tosca:
1.7 oz butter or margarine
0.2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon regular milk
0.4 cup walnuts

For serving:
0.6 cup heavy cream
3½ oz raspberries


Preheat oven to 437F.

Place the pears in a greased, oven-proof pan.

Tosca:
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar, flour, milk and roughly chopped walnuts and heat while stirring.

Spoon the tosca over the pears and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with whipped cream mixed with raspberries.
