FILLET OF PORK WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE
Fläskfilé i svampsås
Serves 2
10.6 oz fillet of pork
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
salt, pepper
½ red onion
8.8 oz mushrooms
0.4 cup cream of your choice
0.4 cup water
1 tablespoon concentrated veal fond
1 tablespoon lingonberry jam
2 teaspoons Maizena
For serving:
roast potatoes and root vegetables

Trim and slice the meat and fry on both sides in a frying pan with butter until nicely colored. Flavor with salt and pepper.
Peel and chop the onion and slice the mushrooms. Let onion and mushrooms fry with the meat for a few minutes. Add cream, water, fond and jam and boil for 10 minutes. Thicken and flavor to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with roast potatoes and roots and a salad.
