HORSERADISH FISH

Serves 2
½ onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
0.4 cup cream
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1½ oz fresh spinach
10.6 oz fillet of sathe
salt, pepper
For serving:
boiled potatoes
salad
Preheat oven to 437F.
Peel and slice the onion and sauté until tender in a frying pan with butter. Add cream and spinach and bring to a boil. Stir in horseradish and dill.
Cut the fish in pieces and place them in a greased, oven-proof pan. Flavor with salt and pepper. Pour the spinach sauce over the fish and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes and a salad.
