OVEN STRAWBERRIES
Jordgubbar i ugn
Serves 5
8.8 oz strawberries, fresh
or frozen and thawed
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
4 eggs
0.2 cup cane sugar
0.6 cup creme fraiche
2 tablespoons Maizena
Preheat oven to 347F.
Grease an oven-proof pan with butter or margarine. Spread out the berries. Beat eggs and sugar and add creme fraiche, Maizena and grated lemon zest. Spread this over the berries and bake in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes.
