Quick Blueberry Buns - Hastbullar med blåbär

QUICK BLUEBERRY BUNS
Hastbullar med blåbär

2 cups wholemeal flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
0.2 cup sugar
0.4 cup liquid margarine
0.8 cup regular milk
0.3 cup blueberries, fresh
or frozen


Preheat oven to 482F.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add margarine and milk.

Grease the hollows in a muffin plate for 12 and divide the dough into the hollows. Make a wide thumbprint in each and put a few blueberries in each hole. You don't have to thaw them if you take them straight from the freezer. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until nicely colored.

Sprinkle a pinch of sugar over each bun if you wish. They're suitable for freezing.
