FRENCH FISH PATTIES
Franska fiskbiffar

¼ cup frozen Herbes de Provence
2 tablespoons potato starch
2/3 cup cream, about 15% fat
some butter or margarine for frying
Cut the fish in pieces, then mix fish, salt, black pepper, herbs, potato starch and cream to a mince that you shape into 8 patties. Fry them for about 3 minutes on each side and serve with mashed potatoes (mixed with fresh spinach maybe?).
