A TRIO OF SMOOTHIES
En trio smoothies
Orange-mango smoothie (1 glass):
1 tablespoon rose hip powder
1 tablespoon runny honey
1 teaspoon grated, fresh ginger
Pour orange juice, mango, rose hip
powder, honey and ginger in a mixer and go until everything is well blended.
Redberry smoothie (1 glass):
1/3 cup raspberries
Pour cranberry juice and berries in
a food processor or mixer and go until everything is well blended.
Banana smoothie (1 glass):
1 tablespoon peanut butter
10 hazelnuts
Enjoy!

¾ cup fresh
orange juice
¾ cup diced mango1 tablespoon rose hip powder
1 tablespoon runny honey
1 teaspoon grated, fresh ginger
¾ cup cranberry
juice
¾ cup strawberries1/3 cup raspberries
1 cup yogurt or soy milk
½ banana1 tablespoon peanut butter
10 hazelnuts
Mix yogurt, banana, peanut butter
and hazelnuts in a mixer and go until everything is well blended.
