ITALIAN ALMOND FISH

¾ cup flavored crème fraîche (tomato and basil, if you can get that)
3 tablespoons flaked Almonds
Heat the oven to 440F.

A classical dish – so easy to make,
so good to eat. Even I like this one, and can eat it!

1 1/3 lbs thawed fillet of
fish, e.g. hoki or cod
½ teaspoon saltblack pepper
¾ cup flavored crème fraîche (tomato and basil, if you can get that)
3 tablespoons flaked Almonds
Heat the oven to 440F.
Put the thawed fish in a greased,
oven-proof dish. Flavour with salt and black pepper, spread the crème fraîche
on top and sprinkle with almonds. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 to 25
minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
