MIXED FRUIT
SALAD
Blandad fruktsallad
1 banana
10 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
1 honeydew melon
3 tablespoons runny honey
2/3 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup cream, 15% fat
dash ground cloves
Peel the orange with a knife so nothing of the white
is left. Cut out the wedges and reserve the juice.

1 orange
10 oz fresh or frozen strawberries1 banana
10 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
1 honeydew melon
Yogurt sauce:
1 vanilla pod3 tablespoons runny honey
2/3 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup cream, 15% fat
dash ground cloves
Decoration:
fresh mint
Rinse, trim and split the strawberries. Peel the
banana and cut in pieces. If strawberries and raspberries are frozen, reserve
the juice from the thawing. Split the melon and scoop out the pips with a
spoon. Peel the melon and cut in cubes.
Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the
seeda. Mix them with the honey, then mix honey, yogurt and cream and flavour with
ground cloves. Pour this sauce on top of the fruit salad or serve it
separately. If you wish, decorate with fresh mint leaves.
