Crunchy Fish - Frasig fisk

CRUNCHY FISH
Frasig fisk

Serves 2

10.6 oz fish fillets, e.g. cod
salt, pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onions
5 mushrooms
1 oz butter or margarine
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried breadcrumbs
0.2 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

For serving:
boiled potatoes
mixed salad


Put the fish in a greased oven-proof pan and flavor with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 392F for about 10 minutes.

Sauté onion and chopped mushrooms in a saucepan with butter. Sprinkle with paprika and breadcrumbs and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in cheese and parsley, dab this onto the fish and continue baking until the fish is done, another 10 minutes or so.

Serve with potatoes and a salad.

  1. This sounds delicious. I would have to swap out the mushrooms, I do not like them.
