Sticky Lemon Cake - Kladdig citronkaka

STICKY LEMON CAKE
Kladdig citronkaka

1 cake, 8 to 10 pieces

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
5.3 oz butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
grated zest and fresh juice
from 1 lemon
0.6 cup flour

Decoration:
lemon slices
lemon balm


Preheat oven to 302F.

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Melt the butter and stir it in, then add vanilla sugar, lemon zest and juice plus flour. Pour the batter in a greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes. Allow the cake to cool and decorate with lemon and lemon balm.

Serve with a dab of whipped cream.
