Ground Fish Patties with Lemon Sauce - Fiskfärsbiffar med citronsås

GROUND FISH PATTIES WITH LEMON SAUCE
Fiskfärsbiffar med citronsås

Serves 3

14 oz diced fish, frozen, different kinds
½ teaspoon salt
some white pepper
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 egg
dried breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Lemon sauce:
0.4 cup creme fraiche
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 teaspoons chopped dill
salt, pepper

For serving:
boiled sugarsnaps
boiled potatoes
lemon wedges


Thaw the diced fish, preferably in a bowl in the fridge overnight. Strain in a sieve. Mix fish, salt, pepper and dill in the food processor bowl and process to a ground mixture with the knife. Take it up with a spoon and shape into patties. Coat them in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking paper.

Fry the patties in a pan with butter or margarine for about 3 minutes on each side.

Lemon sauce:
Mix creme fraiche, lemon zest and dill. Flavor to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the fish patties with boiled sugarsnaps, potatoes and lemon wedges.
