Fish Au Gratin with Spinach, Cream Cheese and Bell Peppers - Fiskgratäng med spenat, färskost och paprika

FISH AU GRATIN WITH SPINACH, 
CREAM CHEESE AND BELL PEPPERS
Fiskgratäng med spenat, färskost och paprika

Serves 4

14 oz fresh leafy spinach
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
some pepper
14 oz fillet of cod, sathe,
haddock or other white fish
3½ oz cream cheese, bell pepper flavored
0.4 cup creme fraiche
1 diced red bell pepper
0.4 cup grated ripe cheese


Thaw and sauté the spinach in butter. Flavor with salt and pepper and transfer to an oven-proof pan. Divide the fish in serving-sized pieces and put it on the spinach and sprinkle with more salt and pepper. 

Mix cream cheese and creme fraiche and spread it on the fish. Sprinkle with red bell pepper and grated cheese. Put in the oven and cook at 437F for 20 minutes.

Serve the fish with mashed potatoes, lemon and grated carrots.
