FILLED MINUTE STEAKS WITH FRIED
ONIONS AND OVEN POTATOES
Fylld lövbiff med stekt lök och ugnspotatis

Serves 2

3 minute steaks, depending on size
salt, pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Filling:
0.2 cup cheese in a tube,
tomato and feta flavor
2.6 oz feta cheese

Fried onions:
1 large onion
0.2 cup water

For serving:
boiled broccoli
potato wedges, see recipe

Wipe off the meat and place it on a baking paper. Flavor with salt and pepper.

Filling:
Mix tube cheese and feta cheese and mash it with a fork. Put a dab of filling on one side of the meat and fold the slice. Press together around the edges and fry in some fat in a frying pan, about 1 minute on each side. Take it up.

Fried onions:
Peel and slice the onion and fry it in the frying pan. Add 0.2 cup water and stir while the onion gets golden brown.

Potatoes:
Peel, rinse and cut 6 firm potatoes in wedges. Put them on a paper-lined baking plate. Brush with some melted fat and flavor with flaked salt. Cook in the middle of the oven at 437F for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and nicely colored.

Serve the steaks with onion, broccoli and potato wedges from the oven.

Enjoy!
