FRIED FISH WITH MUSHROOMS
Stekt fisk med svampfräs
Serves 2
10.6 oz white fish fillets
1 egg
0.2 cup dried breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons flour
salt, pepper
butter or margarine
6 mushrooms
1 tomato
0.2 cup chopped dill and parsley
0.4 cup sour cream
zest from ½ lemon
For serving:
boiled potatoes
Dip the fish in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs mixed with flour, salt and pepper. Fry the fish in a frying pan with butter for about 5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
Quart the mushrooms and sauté them in butter. Dice the tomato and stir into the mushrooms. Sauté for a minute or so. Add green herbs, blend them in and flavor with salt and pepper.
Stir sour cream and lemon zest and flavor with salt and pepper. Serve with the fish together with mushroom mix and boiled potatoes.
