Ground Beef Patties with Apples and Dijon Mustard - Färsbiffar med äpple och dijonsenap

GROUND BEEF PATTIES WITH APPLES
AND DIJON MUSTARD
Färsbiffar med äpple och dijonsenap

Serves 2

1½ tablespoon dried breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons water
1 small egg
1 small apple
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon salt
8.8 oz ground beef
½ tablespoon butter

Yogurt sauce:
0.4 cup cooking yogurt, 10% fat
2 teaspoon grated horseradish,
smooth in texture
1 small apple
some sugar
salt

For serving:
10.6 oz potatoes
green salad


Boil the potatoes in salted water.

Mix breadcrumbs and water in a bowl and leave to swell for 5 minutes. Stir in egg, roughly grated apple, mustard, thyme and salt. Mix with the ground beef. Shape into patties and fry in butter until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

Mix yogurt, horseradish and diced apple. Flavor to taste with sugar and salt. Serve this yogurt sauce with the beef patties, potatoes and green salad.
