CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY SQUARES

5.3 oz butter
5.3 oz white chocolate
3 eggs
0.8 cup sugar
0.6 cup flour
Icing:
2 tablespoons heavy cream
3½ oz white chocolate
For serving:
strawberries
cream
Preheat oven to 302F.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Roughly chop the chocolate. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chocolate. Stir until melted. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, sift in the flour and stir in the chocolate mixture. Stir to a smooth batter and pour it in a paper-lined roasting pan, approx 10 x 10 inches. Bake for 40 minutes and allow to cool. The cake should be a little sticky in the middle.
Icing:
Bring the cream to a boil. Chop the chocolate and stir it in. Stir until melted. Spread the icing over the cake, let it set and cut in squares.
Serve with strawberries and cream.
