FISH WITH DILL TOMATOES
Fisk med dilltomater
Serves 2
10.6 oz white fish fillets
salt, pepper
0.2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
5.3 oz cherry tomatoes
0.2 cup chopped dill
0.6 cup cream
For serving:
boiled potatoes
green beans
Flavor the fish with salt and pepper and coat it with breadcrumbs. Fry the fish on both sides in butter, about 3 minutes on each side.
Split the tomatoes and put them in the frying pan together with dill and cream. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes and green beans.
